Terms and Conditions
By registering for the Jill’s Office Affiliate program on the website, you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions.
You confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and are lawfully fit and able to accept these Terms and Conditions.
Jill’s Office shall have full authority to change the Jill’s Office Affiliate Program (including any materials or agreements utilized in the program), or any product offered at any time, and any such changes shall have effect upon notice by Jill’s Office to representative.
Affiliate agrees to faithfully abide by the policies and procedures of Jill’s Office. Affiliate shall accurately describe the Jill’s Office program to prospective applicants. Affiliate will not use the name, trademarks, service marks, or other identifying characteristics of Jill’s Office as part of its firm, trade, or corporate name, except as authorized in writing by Jill’s Office.
For a sale of Jill's Office services to generate a referral fee, the person signing up must use the affiliate's name as the referee.
Affiliate will not be entitled to receive any referral fees in respect of customer who:
has been converted in breach of any term of this Agreement,
fails any identity or credit checks carried out in behalf of or by Jill's Office,
makes a payment which is reversed,
cancels Jill's Office services within 30 days,
is suspected by Jill's Office of any fraudulent or dishonest activity.
Affiliates will be eligible for compensation when the new referral has used at least $100.00 of Jill’s Office services, not including the monthly fee and not including any sign up fees.
You can choose to either be sent a compensation check by mail, receive a direct deposit, or have it credited to your Jill’s Office bill.
Jill’s Office reserves the right to cancel anyone for any reason, at any time. In particular Jill’s Office reserves the right to terminate the agreement with the affiliate immediately and without notice and forfeit all referral fees if the affiliate is not compliant with the affiliate agreements or acts in a manner that is contrary to the good will and nature of Jill’s Office.
